The No & Flow Brands Company Ltd, trading as No+Flow Brands (company number 15721740, of London E17 3GQ) (“No+Flow”, “we”, “us”, “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through www.noandflowbrands.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights.

Who we are

No+Flow Brands is a brand and creative studio. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at matthias@noandflowbrands.com.

Information we collect

We collect very limited personal data through the Site:

  • Email address, if you choose to sign up for updates via our website pop-up sign-up form.

  • Any information you send us directly, for example if you email us at matthias@noandflowbrands.com to enquire about our services.

  • Basic technical information collected automatically by our website host, Squarespace, such as browser type and general usage data, used to keep the Site running securely.

We do not have a contact form that stores submissions on our Site. Enquiries made via our “Get In Touch” link are sent as a normal email to our inbox.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to enquiries you send us by email.

  • Send you updates, offers, or news, if you have signed up to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

  • Keep the Site secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email sign-ups

If you provide your email address through our website pop-up, we use it to send you occasional updates from No+Flow Brands. Pop-up sign-ups are handled by Squarespace’s built-in email marketing tools; sign-ups from the Social Flow Quiz are handled by Klaviyo (see below). You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Social Flow Quiz

The Our Tribe page on our website includes a short quiz, “What’s your social flow?”. To show you your results we ask for your first name and email address. We also record your social health score and your flow profile (The Current, The Wellspring, The Swell or Still Waters), which are worked out from your answers. We do not store your individual answers to the questions.

Your results are shown on screen straight away. We use your name and email address to keep a record of your result and, if you have asked us to, to send you news, playlists and invitations to events from No+Flow Brands. We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box to say you would like them. If you leave the box unticked, we keep your details and your result but will not add you to our mailing list.

Quiz sign-ups are stored in Klaviyo, the email platform we use to hold our community list and send our emails. Klaviyo processes this information on our behalf and under our instructions; you can read Klaviyo’s privacy notice at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy. Depending on your settings, Klaviyo may process data outside the UK, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your quiz details at any time by emailing matthias@noandflowbrands.com.

Social media

Our Site includes an embedded feed from our Instagram account (@noandflow). If you interact with this embed or follow us on Instagram, that activity is governed by Instagram/Meta’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies

Our Site uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry emails and mailing list details for as long as necessary to respond to you or for as long as you remain subscribed, and we delete or anonymise data when it’s no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email matthias@noandflowbrands.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how we handle your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
