From Law…
In 2005, Matthias left a promising law career behind as he moved to London and stepped into the wonderful world of hospitality.
Relying on his raw talents alone, he quickly rose to the top of the game. Notably, Matthias was twice nominated in the top 10 bartenders in the UK (finishing runner-up in 2009), while running a widely acclaimed cocktail bar & restaurant.
Looking to broaden his horizons, he then took his skills into the corporate world, where he held various roles in brand engagement & advocacy. An overachiever, Matthias became a respected figure in the drinks industry over the years. However, this came at the cost of several mental health struggles as he faced his own battles with addiction.
Powerfully choosing sobriety in early 2020 in an effort to reclaim control of his life and career, Matthias found himself navigating a difficult period of repurposing while dealing with the ebbs and flows of start-up work and consultancy operations.
Matthias grew stronger for it, bouncing back and developing into a thought leader dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing around him.

Finally embracing his long-lost leadership acumen & quiet confidence, Matthias became an Ambassador of Healthy Hospo in 2023 and launched The No & Flow Brands Company in 2024 - with a clear vision to challenge the status quo in the non-alcoholic space of the drinks industry.
He and his team are passionately devoted to helping independent brands and hospitality professionals thrive in the UK market. They combine their skills in sales, trade marketing, and brand advocacy to help innovative brands of alcohol-free drinks grow in the UK market, as well as to foster a community of connection, mentorship and learning through the NO+(F)LOW platform.

Quentin Fichot
FLOW AMBASSADOR
Quentin Fichot is the founder of QfConsultingLTD, built on nearly twenty years of experience across hospitality, health, and creativity. From a background in sport and culinary school to managing some of London’s leading bars, Quentin developed a passion for exceptional guest experiences and mindful consumption. Today, he brings his expertise to the non-alcoholic sector, supporting brands and teams with hospitality consulting, product development, and creative direction.
Through QfConsultingLTD, Quentin has also joined NO+(F)LOW as an ambassador, bringing a strong approach and deep industry knowledge to support the company’s growth and development. His mission remains simple: to prove that health, quality, and variety should never be compromised.

Warren Deroche
UK FLOW MAKER
Warren has over 12 years of experience in the London hospitality scene, having most recently managed the group-wide Artist Residence portfolio as Group Bars Manager and overseeing the beverage operations for The Social Company (Jason Atherton Restaurants) until September 2025. His extensive experience spans bar management, operations, and customer service, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
Alongside his professional career, he is a passionate photographer, capturing moments and stories through his lens. This creative outlet complements his work, allowing him to combine his attention to detail and artistic vision in both hospitality and photography.
Warren’s blend of operational expertise, leadership, and creative vision equips him to deliver exceptional experiences, whether developing innovative beverage programs or creating compelling visual narratives. He has recently joined Matthias’s team at No & Flow Brands Co, bringing his experience and creativity to the non-alcoholic segment of the drinks industry.

Daniel is an experienced founder and brand strategist with over 20 years in the drinks and hospitality industries. Through Founder Coach and High & Dry, he helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs and emerging brands navigate the shift toward mindful drinking, wellness, and cultural change — blending commercial insight with a human, forward-thinking approach to leadership and growth.
A long-time mentor to Matthias, Daniel has played a key role in guiding the vision and values that underpin No+(F)LOW’s direction.
